Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of GMB Management CRM (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. The Service

GMB Management CRM helps businesses manage Google Business Profile locations, including posts, reviews, scheduling, and optional review funnel pages. Features available to you depend on your subscription plan and permissions assigned by your agency or administrator.

3. Eligibility & accounts

• You must use a valid Google account and have authority to connect the Business Profiles you manage.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access credentials secure.
• Agency administrators may invite team members, assign clients, suspend accounts, or limit features.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Violate Google’s terms, policies, or API rules;
• Post false, misleading, or unlawful content to Business Profiles;
• Manipulate reviews or use the review funnel to deceive consumers;
• Attempt to breach security, scrape the Service, or interfere with other users;
• Use the Service for spam or any purpose prohibited by applicable law.

5. Google & third-party services

The Service relies on Google APIs and other third-party services. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or actions taken by Google or payment processors. You must comply with Google’s Terms of Service and applicable program policies.

6. Subscriptions & payments

Paid plans, renewals, and refunds are described at checkout or by your administrator. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated in writing. We may change pricing for future billing periods with reasonable notice.

7. Intellectual property

We retain rights in the Service, software, and branding. You retain rights in your business content. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE SPECIFIC SEARCH RANKINGS, REVIEW OUTCOMES, OR UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We or your administrator may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or operational reasons. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will survive.
